- Posts and rails hot dipped galvanised to BS EN ISO 1461.
- Polyester Powder Coated to BSEN 6497.
- The ServeAce is made up from strong box section posts, clad with pre-formed 358 close wire mesh panels.
- The close 358 mesh also allows through vision, perfect for clubs and private residents that do not want the look of a solid block work wall. The installed ServeAce is a cost effective solution to a double thickness concrete blockwork wall.
- The ServeAce is constructed using tight aperture mesh panels supported and secured to angle iron rails and large box section posts. Where the panels meet the posts and rails, the system is denser and will rebound the tennis balls at varying speeds when compared to the middle of the panels. Over the years, the constant message received from users of the walls has been that "they enjoy the various rebound speeds and angles as it mimics playing an opponent".
- The ServeAce has been designed as a cost effective, more aesthetically pleasing see-through alternative to a blockwork wall, the ServeAce’s ball on surface and ball rebound capability cannot be compared on a like for like basis to a properly build tennis practice rebound blockwork wall, a blockwork concrete wall has the density/additional mass to soften the rebound noise and return the hit tennis balls consistently over its surface.
